• All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS with NO GUARANTEE of any kind, expressed or implied. Buyers are to rely exclusively on their own pre-auction inspection and due diligence. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
• A 15% Buyer's Premium (3% fee for credit cards) will be added to all purchases.
• DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED OR CANNOT ATTEND THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!!  
• Shipping is available on small, shippable items.  We do NOT ship furniture or large items.  A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice in addition to the 3% convenience fee for electronic payment.  We will NOT ship outside of the U.S. We do not accept e-mailed shipping labels.
