All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS with NO GUARANTEE of any kind, expressed or implied. Buyer's are to rely exclusively on their own pre-auction inspection and due diligence. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A 15% Buyer's Premium (3% fee for credit cards) will be added to all purchases.

 

PICKUP: Pickup is on Monday, April 21st from 3 PM to 7 PM ONLY at 222 W 14th Street, Fairbury, NE. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED OR CANNOT ATTEND THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!! SHIPPING: Invoices for shipping and handling will be emailed 10 PM on Tuesday, April 22nd. This shipping invoice MUST be paid by Friday, April 25th at Noon CT. We will not charge the card you registered with for shipping. You MUST pay the S&H invoice. If shipping is not paid for by then, your items will be forfeited. A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice in addition to the 3% convenience fee for electronic payment. We do NOT ship furniture or large items.
