BIDDING NOTICE: All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS with NO GUARANTEE of any kind, expressed or implied. Buyer's are to rely exclusively on their own pre-auction inspection and due diligence. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A 15% Buyer's Premium (3% fee for any credit card charge) will be added to all purchases.

AUCTION NOTICE: PICKUP: Pickup is Monday, November 18th from 3 PM to 7 PM ONLY at 222 W. 14th Street, Fairbury, NE . DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED OR CANNOT ATTEND THE SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES!! SHIPPING: Invoices for shipping and handling will be emailed by 10 PM on Tuesday, November 19th . This shipping invoice MUST be paid by Friday, November 22nd at noon Central. We will not charge the card you registered with for shipping. You MUST pay the S&H invoice. If shipping is not paid for by then, your items will be forfeited. A $10 Handling fee will be added to each S&H invoice. We do NOT ship furniture or large items.
